We used Craig Lowe from Leaders to sell our house. Our initial plan had been to use an agent from another local firm, but we decided to first listen to another agent just for comparison of marketing plans. However we were very impressed with Craig’s presentation and ideas and marketing strategy that we immediately decided to go with him. Craig had obviously put in a lot of work to his presentation, and it appeared that if he did what he said he would then he would be putting in a lot more effort than other agents do. We were slightly skeptical that this would in fact happen, however it soon became apparent to us that he certainly did everything he had said he would. He followed up each viewing with a phone call, kept us well informed with progress, always responded quickly to our phone calls and emails, brought in lots of potential buyers, followed through with the marketing plan, and sat down with each person putting in a tender to discuss the price with them and to ensure they put in their best offer. He achieved a very good price for our home, and at all times we really felt reassured that he was working for us, as the vendors, and that he was working hard for his commission. Selling your home can be very stressful as it is your most expensive asset and we always felt we were in good hands! I would certainly recommend Craig as an agent to anyone wanting to sell their home.
